Official registration for Eventing Flevoland is now closed, but there are still a few spots available. To register, please email showoffice@eventingflevoland.nl. One thing is already clear: the Kuinderbos can look forward to a field of exceptional quality.
Last week, we announced that the legendary German Olympian Ingrid Klimke will be making an appearance in Flevoland. We can now add an impressive list of national and international top riders to that lineup. Riders who have proven their caliber at the Olympic Games, World Championships, and European Championships are choosing Eventing Flevoland the stage for their young horses to gain competition experience.

An Olympic Experience in the Kuinderbos
One of the most notable names on the list of participants is undoubtedly Karin Donckers. This Belgian legend has been among the world’s best for decades and has represented her country no fewer than seven times at the Olympic Games. Her participation underscores the appeal that Eventing Flevoland has built Eventing Flevoland within the international eventing community.
Alice Naber-Lozeman will also be competing. The experienced Dutch rider has built up an impressive track record in international eventing. Her daughters, Leida and Jantien, will also be coming to Flevoland. Both riders have already been part of various national youth teams and are part of a talented generation that is clearly making its mark.
A Look into the Future
For many top riders, Eventing Flevoland marks Eventing Flevoland important milestone in the training of their young horses. For example, Merel Blom—who has been a mainstay of the Dutch team at international championships for many years—is working on a new generation of horses for the future.
Elaine Pen and Jordy Wilken are also among the established names who continue to develop their young talents at the Kuinderbos. Renske Kroeze, a World Championship competitor, will also be competing with some very promising horses.
Florinoor Hoogland, who competed in the European Championships just last year and is now the national coach for the Dutch eventing ponies, is also bringing her experience and expertise to Flevoland.
And then, of course, there’s Ingrid Klimke. Olympic champion, world champion, European champion, and—for many—the face of modern eventing. Her presence alone makes Eventing Flevoland an edition to look forward to.
Talented youth
In addition to the established names, Eventing Flevoland offers plenty of opportunities for the next generation. Young pony riders from the Netherlands and abroad have the chance to compete against their peers and gain experience in a professional competition setting.
Because that's exactly what it's all about: the combination of elite sports, talent development, and future prospects.
