Welcome to Eventing Flevoland! By entering the premises of Eventing Flevoland you automatically agree to our house rules below. We wish you a lot of fun!

1. Entering the grounds is always at one's own risk. The organization assumes no liability for any injury, damage and/or theft.
2. Children/youth under the age of 18 are not allowed to buy, consume or carry alcohol. This will be strictly monitored.
3. Children (up to age 12) enter the grounds only when accompanied by an adult.
4. Dogs and other pets must be leashed at all times.
5. Comply with the instructions of organization, security, first aid and competent authority. Decisions made by the above mentioned authorities are binding.
6. The organization may refuse entry to persons who misbehave and/or exhibit verbal and/or non-verbal offensive behavior.
7. Flyering and/or displaying other advertising is prohibited, without permission from the organization.
8. For exhibitors and food trucks, if you cancel within 7 days before the event, you will be charged the full cost. 
9. Professional photographers and or filmmakers must make themselves known to the organization.
10. Always stay behind the fence. This will prevent accidents.
11. All animals on the property must be treated with respect.
12. Eventing Flevoland takes place in a protected nature reserve. The use of motor vehicles on the event grounds is therefore not permitted.
